SHOP Policies


The current production/handling time is 7-10 Business days PLUS shipping transit time (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). Each item may have a varied production time based on inventory etc.   During the holiday season times are subject to change.

Please remember these items are handmade or made on demand and do require a little time to create.

If a specific design is out of stock, you will be notified. 


REFUNDS- Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if the item arrives to you damaged, or an error made on our part, such as wrong color or size, you may exchange your item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order using our CONTACT FORM. (click on link) if your product is damaged please upload a photo.

For the exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and free of smells. We will ask you to re-purchase the item and we will reship the correct item to you along with a return mailer to return the incorrect item. Once we receive the incorrect item back and it has not been worn or damaged will we refund you.

PS - We LOVE LOVE LOVE getting pictures of you wearing or using our products. Please feel free to message them over to us, or tag us in your post on Instagram at @grandmarvelous7. 


We ship via USPS or UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority is available at an additional cost.
